Compared to the smaller Model-100, BioKill™-200 is a more powerful, yet still compact and portable decontamination unit.

These products use “suspend and eradicate technology” rather than relying on basic “ozone burn” like other products. They work by first dislodging contaminant molecules (odors, mold, mildew, bacteria, virus) from the surfaces where they cling, suspending them in flowing air that is then sucked into the unit. Inside they impact a special screen where they are permanently destroyed. To accomplish this BioKill™ starts with ozone, created cleanly from natural air. The ozone reaches around corners and into crevices to temporarily dislodge contaminants coated on surfaces. Once suspended in the flowing air, the contaminants are carried into the BioKill™ where they impact a screen covered with free radicals. Those highly reactive chemical species
aggressively pull electrons out of all the contaminants long chain carbon molecules, disassembling their organic matter. Once started, the dismantling process cascades, eventually eradicating all the contaminants fragments, reverting their matter back to the natural elements from which they were composed, primarily carbon, nitrogen hydrogen, and oxygen. The eradication process is instant at the molecular level, without residue. The unit is essentially self-cleaning.
BioKill™ creates “clean ozone” in a closed treatment area, unlike basic ozone machines which need outside air. (Those use an electric spark that also creates toxic nitric oxide unless the air going into them is carefully pre-dried, and their spark-jump plates must be continuously removed and cleaned.) BioKill™ is self-contained, requires no air drying or plate cleaning, creates no toxic side effect chemicals, and actually uses moisture in normal air to help create its powerful dismantling species. BioKill™-200 is rated at 10,000 mg/hour ozone output, which raises the concentration of a test chamber to over 150 parts per million in 7 minutes! But instead of relying on its strong ozone production alone to inactivate some contaminants, BioKill™ follows through to eradicate all contaminants once they’ve been dislodged by its clean ozone.
S
urface mold, mildew, bacteria, viruses and their odors are huge problems for safe living conditions. This product eliminates those problems instantly, producing miracle results, over and over. BioKill™’s air flow is driven by an industrial impeller, not a cheap fan. The image on the right shows how BioKill™ eradicates 100% of a heavy Aspergillus Niger mold-spore concentration in a sealed test chamber in only 7 minutes! Its ability to operate as an unattended, self-timed, self-contained, “set-it-and-forget-it” unit in a sealed environment results in major service labor savings.
High power decontaminating technology is packed into this device. The unit is self cooling with a rugged impeller (not a cheap fan). In addition to being portable the unit has ports for 4" hoses on both the inlet and outlet ports.

BioKill™, Model-300– Contents Remediation [On-Line Purchasing]
Real estate mold removal involves both cleaning of the structure and cleaning of the personal effects. Mold-ridden dwellings often require partial demolition of interior walls, followed by mold spore eradication in the structure, then a rebuild phase. During this period personal property contents such as clothing, furniture, books jewelry, and collectables must be segregated, cleaned, and temporarily stored.
The BioKill™-300 is ideal for such contents remediation, since it cleans the possessions on site and avoids the need to remove them to a different site for storage. Connected by tubes to a closed plastic bag, the BioKill™-300 can clean any contents placed into the restoration bag.
Because it is so powerful, BioKill™-300 will also destroy insects and other pests present in the contents, including bedbugs. Bedbug infestations in the Northeast U.S. have now spread swiftly to other states, particularly Florida. Bedbugs tend to spread faster in large cities that attract international tourists and in cities that host large transient popiulations in multi-family apartment buildings. An infestation event is a stigma for hotels, motels and apartments to encounter so the rising problem is under-reported since recorded cases are only from routine inspections and regulatory filed complaints. (Hotels, motels, and apartments are not currently required to report bedbug infestations.)
It cost a hotel $2,500 per room to remove an infestation, including disposal of the mattress, box springs, bedclothes and drapes. Model-300 of the BioKill is specifically configured as a powerful, effective, BedBug Terminator for valuable property...It is guaranteed to kill Bedbugs, their eggs, plus dust mites, fleas, ticks, spiders, mold, bacteria, viruses and odors when used in conjunction with its compatible contents purification container.

Using this equipment you don't have to dispose of your client's valuable property, you simply purify it instead, saving him money that increases the value of your extermination service billing.

Model-300 is configured with positive cam-lock hose fittings to make job setup and execution simple and sure. Each unit comes with two 10 feet hoses of two inch diameter, fitted with aluminum and polypropylene cam-locks that connect the BioKill to the contents purification bag. Two 6 mil polypropylene bags large enough to accept a king size mattress are included with each BioKill-300.
All living matter inside the sealed bag is destroyed by the operating BioKill within 10 minutes. Then the bags may be temporarily sealed with included caps and the BioKill unit relocated to a different job if needed. When the purified mattress and other belongings are removed after about an hour, they may be used immediately.

BioKill-300 is guaranteed to kill bedbugs and their eggs when used properly in conjunction with its treatment accessories.

Inside, a dense cloud of powerful molecular oxidizers attack organic particles and rapidly begin breaking the carbon bonds that form their cellular matter, rupturing pathogens’ outer capsules and spilling their cellular contents. These agents include singlet oxygen, superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, hydroxyl radicals, atomic oxygen radicals, and hydroperoxide radicals. These agents remain in the reactor chamber after purifying the contaminated air passing through.
Pathogens suspended in the passing air are also exposed to high intensity germicidal radiation that creates peptide bonds within the DNA of bacteria, viruses, and mold, preventing them from replicating to escape destruction.
As purified air begins to exit the device it passes through a nanocrystal-coated fine mesh saturated with hydroxyl radicals that molecularly disintegrates clumps of pathogens that may try to agglomerate to defend themselves against stages 1 and 2 destruction.
No ozone is produced by this device and it is ideal for reducing airborne hospital-acquired infections causede by circulating pathogens in waiting rooms and patient facilities of hospitals, group practices, and nursing homes. (Download Brochure)

The air mover in the Eraldehyde Model 100 has a space-saving slim-line styling that fits nicely on a table top, so it won’t encroach on living areas or interfere with household or work activities.
The air mover has three speeds and comes with a one year warranty.
Eraldehyde-100 will change the air in a medium size room every two hours. Two units can easily handle larger RV's and larger travel trailers.
The unit weighs 8.5 pounds and is 10.25”(H) X 14.75”(W) X 10” (D). It runs on 120 volts, AC, 60 hz. (Download Brochure)
The high contamination formaldehyde reduction test results shown below (in parts-per-million, which is parts-per-1000 billion) were performed in a one cubic meter test chamber on an Eraldehyde unit. The control level in the chart shows that a one-time charge of formaldehyde decays very gradually without Eraldehyde eradication. When formaldehyde is continuously outgassing in the living or working environment, health is badly threatened, even at levels 60 times lower than these tests.

In 2008 after FEMA found post-Katrina Hurricane formaldehyde contamination levels in their travel trailers as high as 590 parts per billion (ppb), FEMA set a new standard of 16 parts ppb for new emergency housing. (The OSHA exposure limit is 750 ppb.) CDC and NASA tested Eraldehyde and found it to be safe and effective, to a mean concentration of 23 ppb, even though they ran it constantly for 12 weeks, (far beyond what is necessary for normal use; an hour or two per day should be sufficient.) The full CDC-NASA report may be downloaded from their website: Read CDC-NASA test report. (It is a large file.)
